Felicia Trujillo is the founder and owner of Food Seen, a boutique marketing and communications agency specializing in hospitality, food, and beverage. For over a decade, she has partnered with chefs, restaurateurs, and brands to elevate their presence through creative storytelling and strategic marketing. Her work has always centered on the connections between people, place, and experience.
The natural extension of this work led Felicia into commercial real estate, where she builds upon her relationships and expertise at the intersection of space and hospitality. She understands how food and beverage concepts thrive when the right environment meets the right vision. Originally from Los Angeles, Felicia earned her MBA from Pepperdine University. She is an active member of the Raleigh community, serving on the board of the Downtown Raleigh Alliance and as a member of the Midtown Raleigh Alliance. Felicia is also a mentor with the NC State Entrepreneurship Clinic, furthering her commitment to supporting the next generation of business leaders. Her background, creativity, and network position her to contribute a unique perspective to commercial brokerage in the Triangle.
