Chercez joined Maverick Partners in 2021 to team with Derek Mangum in representing a wide variety of clients across the major asset classes of office, retail, industrial, hospitality and multi-family.
Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, Chercez has been a licensed broker in North Carolina since 2002 when she joined a local commercial/multi-family developer/investor as a property manager. In 2015 she was elevated to General Manager of their large portfolio.
After completing receiving her BA in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Chercez briefly worked in food sales and distribution before transitioning into real estate.
Maverick Partners was founded in 2002 on the belief that real estate brokers should “add value” to the sales and leasing process, rather than simply collecting a fee for being present. To this end, we strive to provide superior service and effort to each and every client.
